Shipping policy

We offer 2 delivery options to choose from:

- Same Day Delivery, (available in Dubai only) if the order is placed before 3pm. If you order after 3pm you will likely receive your package on the following working day.

- Delivery within 1-2 days (available in Dubai and Other Emirates)

Please note that we are doing our best to ship you order in a timely manner, however once it is handed over to the driver we are not responsible for any possible delays caused by the courier company. Kindly note that we are also not responsible for the integrity of the goods if you instruct the courier company to hand it over to your building security or leave it at your door.
