How long will it take to get my package?

We offer 2 delivery options to choose from:

- Same Day Delivery (available in Dubai only)

- Delivery within 1-2 days (available in Dubai and Other Emirates)

Can I pick up my order from your shop instead of having it delivered?

Absolutely! Just place your order online, and select "Pick up" instead of choosing a delivery option.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. 

I am very conscious of the environment. What kind of packaging does SEVA Stories use?

We use only 100% recycled cardboard boxes free of toxic dyes to ship all of our products, and any promotional leaflets or paper invoices are printed on recycled paper.

Is SEVA Stories doing something for the environment?

Yes we do! For every package we send we are raising funds towards a forest-planting NGO program.

I tried ordering an item from the SALE but it is now Sold Out, will you have it back in stock soon?

Please note that items listed under our SALE category are in very limited quantities and cannot be back ordered. Sometimes products which are out of stock can pass through the checkout. In this case, the unavailable item will be canceled from your order and refunded via the same payment method used. We will also endeavor to get in touch via email as soon as possible to advise if anything on your order has been canceled due to unavailability.

SEVA Stories refunds to the customer’s bank immediately. Please note depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on the customer’s bank account.

Is it mandatory to register on the website to place an order?

You can simply place your order and check out as a guest if you prefer. However if you do not want to miss our temporary Offers & Promotions, our Limited Collections and Online Exclusives, do not forget to sign in for the newsletter!

I am a tourist, can I get the VAT deducted?

Unfortunately we are unable to deduct the VAT cost from your order, as we have to pay the VAT in all cases, regardless of the type of customer who purchases.
