Usage:

• Add 1 heaped tsp (5g) Raw CHAGA powder with 1 cup of boiling water to a French press of infuser. CHAGA powder can be mixed with other herbs, tea, coffee, or cacao (as desired)
• Allow the CHAGA to steep for 8-10 minutes to extract the beneficial compounds.
• Add a natural sweetener and plant-based milk as desired.
• Start with 1-2 cups per day and gradually increase if desired (max. of 3-4 cups per day).
