In Greek mythology, the sun god Helios (Greek: "Sun") is also referred to as a Titan. He traversed the skies in a chariot every day from east to west and sailed in a massive cup at night around the northerly stream of the Ocean.

Helios is one of the strongest Gods, since he is the sun itself. He is only surpassed by Poseidon, Hades, Zeus and Ares.
