HOW TO USE
One to use when you are holding yourself back. Quieten that inner critic and roll the blend across your pulse points (wrists, temples) when you need a hit of courage.

5 minute visualisation
Roll the blend across your upper abdomen and imagine a swirling ball of golden light. With each breath, visualise that golden light spreading throughout your body until every cell in your body feels like it’s pulsating energy and light.

Inhalation
The element fire represents the solar plexus so if you can, get yourself out in the sunlight for this. If that’s not possible, light a candle instead. Take a comfy seat, roll the blend across your palms and cup around your nose, take some deep breaths and repeat the mantra “I am fire. My light shines brightly and burns true to my inner flame”
