The first part of cacao’s scientific name (theobroma cacao) literally means “food of the gods”. We could leave it there, but we won’t. Our cacao, grown at high altitudes in the Dominican Republic, is unrefined and oh-so-smooth. Like, sweep-you-off-your-feet-on-a-dancefloor smooth.

ORGANIC COCONUT PALM SUGAR
This is no refined sugar. Organic coconut palm sugar is made by boiling down the sap of the coconut palm. AKA the maple syrup of the tropics. AKA your new favourite sweetener. One serving contains just 2 grams of sugar, which, for reference, is like 1/10th of a banana.

ORGANIC CINNAMON
